Year-round MetroLacrosse registration
Spring programs (March-June)
High school and youth house leagues pair weekend games with midweek skills sessions so athletes build confidence with the stick and ball.
Youth divisions cover third through eighth grade with coach-led practices and small-sided play that keeps everyone touching the ball.
Advanced players can explore select-team opportunities once spring evaluations finish.
Summer programs (July-August)
SummerBounce overnight camp mixes lacrosse stations with evening reflection circles led by returning counselors.
LacrosseFit day camp keeps younger players active on turf and grass with swim blocks when facilities allow.
High school leaders can apply for the counselor-in-training track to log service hours while supporting younger cabins.
Fall (Sept-Oct) and winter (Jan-Feb) programs
Seven- to eight-week fall seasons welcome third grade through high school with outdoor practices timed around the school week.
Winter runs move indoors so sticks stay active when daylight fades early.
School-day clinics remain available for partner campuses that want introductory sticks in PE classes.
